Durante su participación en el VII Encuentro Nacional de Rondas Campesinas, Nativas y Urbanas del Perú, realizado en el distrito de Yurimaguas, región Loreto, anunció el fortalecimiento de estos grupos organizados que significarán un apoyo importante para la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP).

“Trabajaremos de cara al país, para luchar con la Policía y las Fuerzas Armadas contra estos flagelos que abaten la tranquilidad del pueblo peruano. Combatiremos esos grupos vandálicos que no nos dejan vivir en paz”, enfatizó.

En ese sentido, adelantó que se reunirá con los grupos de ronderos de todo el país para alcanzar una coordinación más estrecha.

“Estos grupos no solo deben combatir la delincuencia, las rondas campesinas tienen que ser convocadas para transparentar los presupuestos que se dan a las autoridades, con el fin de que el pueblo conozca el destino de los recursos que asigna el Estado”, manifestó.

En otro momento, el Presidente reveló que en el corto plazo presentará un proyecto de ley al Congreso de la República solicitando un presupuesto adicional que permita mejorar la infraestructura de las escuelas y hospitales del país.

“Yo he venido a la hermosa y cálida ciudad de Yurimaguas no solo para reunirme con mis hermanos ronderos, sino para conocer la problemática de la zona y de la selva norte, a fin de lograr prontas soluciones”, indicó.

Asimismo, el Mandatario sostuvo que gestionará con el Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Minem) la generación del fluido eléctrico sostenible en la ciudad de Yurimaguas, que permita el desarrollo de las empresas locales y de la población.

“Hemos pedido al Gabinete para que de una vez por todas este pueblo de Yurimaguas tenga agua potable y un servicio de luz óptimo”, subrayó.

De igual modo, exhortó a la población a agotar todas las vías de diálogo antes de tomar acciones más radicales. En ese sentido, recordó que su Gobierno heredó más de 170 conflictos sociales a nivel nacional.

“Estos problemas se generan porque no se han querido agendar los pedidos del pueblo. Siempre nos han dicho que la educación y la salud son un servicio, pero en nuestro Gobierno dejaremos sentadas las bases para que la educación y la salud sean un derecho constitucional”, remarcó.

El Jefe de Estado estuvo acompañado de la Primera Dama, Lilia Paredes, a quien encomendó la labor de recorrer, en paralelo, los pueblos alejados del país y llevar soluciones a sus carencias.

In this sense, he announced that he will meet with groups of patrollers from all over the country to achieve closer coordination.

“These groups must not only fight crime, the peasant patrols have to be called to make the budgets that are given to the authorities transparent, so that the people know the destination of the resources assigned by the State,” he said.

At another point, the President revealed that in the short term he will present a bill to the Congress of the Republic requesting an additional budget to improve the infrastructure of the country’s schools and hospitals.

“I have come to the beautiful and warm city of Yurimaguas not only to meet with my brother ronderos, but to learn about the problems of the area and the northern jungle, in order to achieve prompt solutions,” he said.

Likewise, the President stated that he will manage with the Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem) the generation of sustainable electricity in the city of Yurimaguas, which allows the development of local companies and the population.

“We have asked the Cabinet so that once and for all this town of Yurimaguas has potable water and optimal electricity service,” he stressed.

Similarly, he urged the population to exhaust all avenues of dialogue before taking more radical actions. In that sense, he recalled that his Government inherited more than 170 social conflicts at the national level.

“These problems are generated because they have not wanted to schedule the people’s requests. They have always told us that education and health are a service, but in our Government we will lay the foundations for education and health to be a constitutional right, ”he remarked.

The Head of State was accompanied by the First Lady, Lilia Paredes, to whom he entrusted the task of touring, in parallel, the remote villages of the country and bringing solutions to their shortcomings.
