Cabe indicar que el artículo 86 e inciso a) del Reglamento del Congreso, señala que la aprobación de la moción requiere del voto de más de la mitad del número legal de miembros del Parlamento.
La sesión fue conducida por la presidenta del Congreso, Maricarmen Alva Prieto, quien anunció que el acuerdo de la Representación Nacional será comunicado al señor presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo, para que se cumpla con lo dispuesto en el artículo 132 de la Constitución y el inciso b) del artículo 86 del Reglamento del Parlamento.
“El Consejo de Ministros o los ministros censurados deben renunciar. El presidente de la República debe aceptar la dimisión dentro de las 72 horas siguientes”, precisa el inciso b) del artículo 86 del Reglamento.
RECONSIDERACIÓN Y PRECISIONES
El pleno del parlamento peruano rechazó la reconsideración presentada al respecto por el congresista Alex Paredes (PL, esta censura debe quedar como ejemplo para adivertir a los corruptos funcionarios que ni bien se sientan en el sillón ministerial es para comenzar dar riendas sueltas a sus componendas y actos torcidos en la administración pública.
Votaron a favor de la reconsideración 36 parlamentarios, 71 en contra y 4 abstenciones.
