Esta innovadora propuesta fue implementada debido a que el ambiente (cuarto) acondicionado por la Fiscalía en este distrito judicial para entrevistar de manera reservada a las víctimas de abuso sexual, rebasó su capacidad de atención, lo que causaba retraso en los procesos que favorecían a los presuntos agresores.

La iniciativa fue creada por el equipo informático y administrativo de la Corte Superior de Madre de Dios.

Dic García Cazorla, administrador del Módulo Penal de la Corte de Madre de Dios, explicó que este proyecto fusiona un equipo de cámaras Gesell con el aplicativo Google Meet y los kits tradicionales (consolas y micrófonos) de las salas de audiencias.

El sistema permite la realización de diligencias de prueba anticipada en un ambiente físico reservado, que consiste en entrevistas del psicólogo/a las víctimas, con participación virtual del juez o jueza del caso, el fiscal y la parte imputada, aunque esta última no interviene directamente en la sesión.

De ese modo, se protege a víctimas de estos delitos, con la realización oportuna de las entrevistas y evitando cualquier contacto con los supuestos agresores, quienes durante las diligencias se encuentran en otro recinto.

El referido producto tecnológico fue presentado en la feria tecnológica ‘Justicia digital a tu alcance’, la cual se realizará hasta este martes 23 de noviembre, en el ‘Techo Verde’ (terraza) de Palacio de Justicia.

En esta actividad, las 35 cortes superiores exhiben los distintos aplicativos o proyectos tecnológicos que impulsan para mejorar el servicio de justicia.
