Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Luego de que la Empresa Editora El Comercio, comunicara la cancelación impresión, distribución y reparto del diario La Prensa, Sandro Romero Verano, director del medio comunicó que su linea editorial continuará en circulación de forma semanal a partir del próximo viernes 8 de octubre del presente año.
La información la dio a conocer mediante una conferencia de prensa, donde rechazó rotundamente el atropello de la Empresa Editora El Comercio, que sin razón alguna atentó contra la libertad de expresión y difusión del medio de comunicación.
“En El Comercio nosotros contratamos hasta el años 2022 el servicio de impresión, distribución y reparto para nuestro periódico. De forma sorpresiva el 28 de setiembre nos comunicaron que ya no imprimirían más La Prensa. Pedí explicaciones, y solo me respondieron que era una orden de gerencia. Sin embargo, hoy primero de octubre recibo una llamada, en la cual me indican que olvidara lo sucedido. Me parece un atropello contra la libertad de expresión y contra el periodismo independiente de parte del grupo más poderoso de los medios de comunicación en el Perú, y aparte que esta cometiendo abuso de su posición de dominio, lo cual esta penado por la ley”, informó sandro Romero Verano.
Asimismo, explicó que el motivo por la cual el medio irrumpió el contrato presuntamente es porque el periódico LA PRENSA, desde hace unos días fue tildado como un medio oficialista por parte de otros periódicos, los cuales sin investigar, los han señalado como un medio financiado por el actual gobierno, cosa que es totalmente falsa.
El director del medio, rehusó las acusaciones contra su línea editorial, pues manifestó que La Prensa esta en circulación desde el año 2013 y su propósito siempre ha sido comunicar con objetividad y veracidad a la comunidad peruana.
Por ultimo el editor junto con otros miembros del medio y su abogado legal, informó que que el Diario Exitosa y Expreso les abrió sus puertas para continuar la impresión, distribución y reparto del diario La Prensa.

Por otro lado, el editor de La Prensa, aprovechó la oportunidad para comunicar que que tienen preparado una noticia bomba para edición del viernes, pues se trata de un empresario exitoso y conocido que al parecer estaría incurriendo en presunto delito de lavado de activos.
