En la agenda de reuniones sobre el Presupuesto 2022, a realizarse a lo largo de estos días, participan el Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ministerio de Vivienda, Ministerio del Ambiente, Ministerio de Cultura, Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones.
LEY DE PRESUPUESTO PÚBLICO
El proyecto de ley de presupuesto público debe ser presentado a fines de agosto al Congreso y en suma significa el gasto social en el presupuesto público del año ya que comprende los recursos orientados a las funciones de educación, salud, protección social, educación, salud, saneamiento, vivienda y desarrollo urbano, cultura, seguridad nacional, defensa, deporte, etc.
El presupuesto público es un instrumento de gestión del Estado para el logro de resultados a favor de la población, a través de la prestación de servicios y logro de metas de cobertura con equidad, eficacia y eficiencia por las Entidades Públicas.
PEDIDOS DE LAS PYMES
Para reactivar la Economía las Pymes han solicitado al nuevo Gobierno y a las instituciones del Estado que en las compras públicas priorice a las micro y pequeñas empresas del país de forma transparente, ya que por décadas las grandes empresas fueron beneficiadas, un sistema perverso, direccionados.
Las Pymes peruanas invocan al gobierno y al nuevo ministro de Economía y Finanzas que en esta coyuntura den prioridad y oportunidad a las micro y pequeñas empresas para salvar el empleo de miles de peruanos en todo el país.
REUNIÓN CON GREMIOS E INSTITUCIONES EMPRESARIALES PERUANAS
El ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Pedro Francke, ha sostenido en la víspera reuniones con 14 gremios e instituciones representativas de las empresas del país para identificar y analizar los problemas que enfrenta el sector empresarial.
Por el lado del sector privado, asistieron a esta reunión representantes de la Confederación Nacional de Instituciones Empresariales Privadas (Confiep), Sociedad Nacional de Industrias (SNI), Asociación de Exportadores (ADEX), la Cámara de Comercio de Lima (CCL), Cámara Nacional de Turismo del Perú (Canatur), Asociación de Bancos del Perú (Asbanc), Asociación de Gremios Productores Agrarios del Perú y la Sociedad de Comercio Exterior del Perú.
También asistieron los directivos de la Asociación para el Fomento de la Infraestructura Nacional (AFIN), la Sociedad Nacional de Pesquería (SNP), la Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía, la Sociedad Peruana de Hidrocarburos, la Asociación de Empresas Familiares y del Consejo Privado de Competitividad.
La reunión fue un espacio de diálogo abierto entre el Gobierno y las empresas nacionales, para generar confianza y allanar el camino para impulsar la inversión y la recuperación sostenida de la economía peruana.
“Necesitamos una concertación económica y una propuesta para realizar un trabajo conjunto entre el Gobierno y los empresarios, con el objetivo de mantener la reactivación económica y crear empleos. Hemos escuchado las opiniones de los empresarios sobre las dificultades que tienen para invertir y generar empleo. Desde el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, buscaremos los mejores caminos de solución”, ha enfatizado el ministro Francke.
Además, el ministro manifestó a los directivos de los gremios empresariales que la promoción de las exportaciones es un tema vital para el país y que se deben aprovechar al máximo las oportunidades comerciales del Perú.
Finalmente Pedro Francke, añadió que proteger los ingresos fiscales es una prioridad de su cartera. “Considerando eso, hay muchas cosas en las que podemos trabajar juntos y colaborar para generar empleo, productividad y sacar el país adelante”, concluyó.

We have listened to the opinions of entrepreneurs about the difficulties they have to invest and create jobs. From the Ministry of Economy and Finance, we will look for the best solution paths ”, Minister Francke has emphasized.
In addition, the minister told the managers of the business associations that the promotion of exports is a vital issue for the country and that Peru’s commercial opportunities should be fully exploited.
Finally Pedro Francke added that protecting tax revenues is a priority in his portfolio. “Considering that, there are many things in which we can work together and collaborate to generate employment, productivity and move the country forward,” he concluded.
