Durante esta jornada, el premier manifestó estos trabajos se vienen ejecutando ya en una primera etapa, pero que se busca que las obras estén operativas al 100%, con lo que se restablecería totalmente el servicio lo antes posible.

Asimismo, indicó que mañana se realizará una nueva inspección para verificar el cumplimiento de la reconexión del servicio de agua. “Hemos venido a ver in situ el avance de los trabajos, a conversar con el personal y los ingenieros a cargo de la obra y hacer que estos compromisos se cumplan. Los responsables de Sedapal indican que el día de mañana ya se estaría restableciendo el servicio”, señaló Bellido Ugarte.

Cabe señalar, que en la noche de ayer, el premier acudió al distrito y sostuvo una reunión con los vecinos, tras la cual expresó que el Gobierno está preocupado por este tema y está realizando el seguimiento del mismo. Señaló que antes ya se había convocado a los funcionarios de Sedapal para evaluar el tema.

En esa reunión, en la que participaron los representantes de las organizaciones vecinales así como los congresistas de Perú Libre, Fernando Herrera y Edgar Tello, que se debe cumplir lo ofrecido por Sedapal para la reposición del suministro y que el trabajo de esta empresa pública debe ser transparente. Añadió que el cobro por el servicio en el presente mes debe ser lo justo.

También en el transcurso de ayer, el premier sostuvo una reunión en su despacho con el alcalde del distrito, Alex Gonzáles, con el fin de evaluar soluciones al problema de la falta de suministro de agua potable en la jurisdicción.

“Nos hemos comprometido a garantizar el restablecimiento del servicio de agua lo antes posible”, finalizó Bellido.
