Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La presidenta del Consejo de Ministros, Violeta Bermúdez, señaló que se ha identificado un total de 70 protocolos de medidas sanitarias y de prevención contra la COVID-19 que se encuentran vigentes en distintos sectores del Ejecutivo. “Estos protocolos han sido y vienen siendo evaluados y actualizados a la luz de los conocimientos que tenemos hoy sobre la pandemia, con el objetivo de dejar a la nueva administración instrumentos que se encuentren actualizados y que, de esta manera, la nueva gestión no pierda velocidad para el abordaje de la pandemia”, afirmó durante la conferencia de prensa que ofreció junto con los titulares de Salud, Óscar Ugarte; y del Interior, José Elice.
En este marco y tras reiterar su agradecimiento al Gobierno de los Estados Unidos por la donación de más de 2 millones de dosis de vacunas, cuyo primer lote arribó anoche al país, la premier Bermúdez indicó que a la fecha “tenemos garantizadas y, en gran parte, contratadas, más de 64 millones de dosis de vacuna contra el coronavirus”. Mencionó que esto es resultado de los contratos suscritos con los laboratorios Pfizer, Sinopharm y AstraZeneca, además de las obtenidas por el mecanismo Covax Facility y el mencionado apoyo del gobierno norteamericano.
AL 28 JULIO TENDREMOS 8 MILLONES DE PEROSNAS VACUNADAS CON LAS DOS DOSIS
“Esto nos permitirá que al 28 de julio, fecha en que culmina la labor del Gobierno de transición y emergencia, liderado por el presidente Francisco Sagasti, podamos superar la meta que nos había trazado y proyectamos inmunizar alrededor de 8 millones de personas con las dos dosis, y esto garantizará que prácticamente un tercio de la población adulta de nuestro país esté protegida frente a la pandemia”, manifestó la jefa del gabinete ministerial.
Añadió que, durante el Consejo de Ministros realizado hoy, también fueron evaluados los indicadores de control de la pandemia, con los cuales se constata que los contagios continúan descendiendo en las últimas 12 semanas; lo mismo que los fallecimientos, por 9 semanas consecutivas.
TRES MILLONES DE PERSONAS YA ESTÁN INMUNIZADAS EN NUESTRO PAÍS
Asimismo, la titular de la PCM indicó que ya se encuentran totalmente inmunizadas 3 millones de personas, al haber recibido ambas dosis de la vacuna. Además, detalló que se han aplicado en total más de 7 300 000 dosis de vacuna contra la COVID-19.
Destacó, en este contexto, que, aproximadamente, el 60% de dosis de vacunas recibidas en el país han sido distribuidas a los diversos departamentos en el territorio nacional, y resaltó el hecho de que se están adelantando las edades de la secuencia de vacunación. “Si seguimos a este buen ritmo y nos llegan las dosis que están comprometidas para el mes de julio, como ya se ha anunciado, iniciaremos en la próxima semana la inmunización de personas de base 4”, manifestó sobre el grupo etario de personas mayores de 40 años.
10´639,890 DE VACUNAS SE HAN RECIBIDO EN EL PERÚ HASTA AHORA
Por su parte, el ministro de Salud, Oscar Ugarte, afirmó que hasta hoy nuestro país ha recibido un total de 10´639,890 vacunas contra la COVID-19, de los laboratorios Pfizer, AstraZeneca y Sinopharm. Esta cifra –dijo- incluye el millón de dosis que arribaron anoche como parte de la importante donación de gobierno de los Estados Unidos.
Añadió que mañana jueves llegan 497,280 dosis de Pfizer con lo que se totalizará 11´137,170 dosis; y hasta finales del mes de julio se recibirán 19´136,100 vacunas. Precisó que con las vacunas recibidas se han aplicado hasta hoy 7´347,713 dosis.
En torno a la variante delta de la COVID-19, el ministro Ugarte informó que se siguen haciendo investigaciones porque esta se encuentra circulando en el país y que se supone que existen otros casos, además de los 4 detectados hasta el momento (3 en Arequipa y uno en Lima), Los cuales –afirmó- no son de gravedad, sino leves y moderados.
AREQUIPA CULMINARÁ SU RIESGO EXTREMO EL DOMINGO 4 DE JULIO
Al comentar la situación de Arequipa mencionó que no se ha reducido la curva de nuevos casos y de fallecidos, sobre todo en la provincia de Arequipa donde crecen estos indicadores. Ante ello, informó que en el Consejo de Ministros de hoy se decidió mantener las medidas correspondientes al nivel de riesgo Extremo en dicha región. Agregó que el domingo 4 de julio culminará el cerco territorial, por lo que desde el lunes 5 se normalizarán el transporte en dicha región.
Asimismo, dio a conocer que gracias al apoyo logístico de la empresa minera Antamina, mediante la contratación de brigadas de vacunación y transporte, el Gobierno Regional de Ancash viene aplicando, con el aval del Minsa, un plan de vacunación de 3 fases que permitirá avanzar y culminar en el presente año la inmunización al total de pobladores mayores de 18 años de dicha región.
MEDIDAS ECONÓMICAS Y FINANCIERAS EN LA SANIDAD PNP Y EN LAS POBLACIONES
A su turno, el ministro del Interior, José Elice, afirmó que, como parte del fortalecimiento del sistema de salud ante la emergencia sanitaria, se aprobó el Decreto de Urgencia que dicta medidas extraordinarias en materia económica y financiera para fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta del personal de salud de los establecimientos de la Sanidad de la PNP y facilitar la contratación del personal sanitario y de los seguros que les corresponden.
El ministro Elice indicó que se aprobó otro Decreto de Urgencia que pone en vigencia medidas extraordinarias para impulsar la ejecución de las intervenciones del Plan Integral para la Reconstrucción con Cambios, en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria y del estado de emergencia nacional por la COVID-19.
Igualmente señaló que se aprobó la ampliación de la vigencia del cobro del Bono 600 hasta el 31 de agosto, para dar facilidades a los hogares que aún no lo han recibido. Para ello se pondrá en marcha una estrategia de comunicación territorial y se brindarán alternativas más adecuadas de cobro. Hasta la fecha, el 91% de los hogares beneficiarios ya realizaron el cobro respectivo.
Asimismo, dio a conocer la aprobación de un Decreto Supremo del sector Vivienda que crea el Programa de Mejoramiento Integral de Barrios, enfocado en la mejora del espacio público de barrios urbanos con población prioritariamente vulnerable.
INFORME DE LA INTEGRIDAD PÚBLICA DE LA PCM
En otro momento la premier Bermúdez indicó que, en materia de gestión y transferencia, la Secretaría de Integridad Pública de la PCM presentó un informe acerca de los resultados de la implementación del modelo de integridad pública de cada ministerio, acción realizada con el fin de fortalecer una cultura de integridad en la gestión pública, así como prevenir actos de corrupción.
Destacó también la aprobación de la sección primera del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones de la PCM, con lo cual se fortalecerá la rectoría de las diversas secretarías como la de Gobierno Digital, de Integridad Pública, de Gestión Pública, así como la de Gestión Social y Diálogo.

AREQUIPA WILL CULMINATE ITS EXTREME RISK ON SUNDAY, JULY 4
When commenting on the situation in Arequipa, he mentioned that the curve of new cases and deaths has not been reduced, especially in the province of Arequipa where these indicators are growing. Given this, he reported that in the Council of Ministers today it was decided to maintain the measures corresponding to the level of Extreme risk in that region. He added that on Sunday, July 4, the territorial fence will end, so that from Monday, July 5, transport in that region will be normalized.
Likewise, he announced that thanks to the logistical support of the mining company Antamina, through the hiring of vaccination and transport brigades, the Regional Government of Ancash has been applying, with the endorsement of the Minsa, a 3-phase vaccination plan that will allow progress and to culminate this year the immunization of all residents over 18 years of age in said region.
ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL MEASURES IN THE PNP HEALTH AND IN THE POPULATIONS
In turn, the Minister of the Interior, José Elice, affirmed that, as part of the strengthening of the health system in the face of the health emergency, the Emergency Decree was approved that dictates extraordinary measures in economic and financial matters to strengthen the response capacity of the health personnel of the PNP Health establishments and facilitate the hiring of health personnel and the insurance that corresponds to them.
Minister Elice indicated that another Emergency Decree was approved that puts into effect extraordinary measures to promote the implementation of the interventions of the Comprehensive Plan for Reconstruction with Changes, within the framework of the health emergency and the national state of emergency due to COVID- 19.
He also pointed out that the extension of the validity of the 600 Bond collection was approved until August 31, to provide facilities to households that have not yet received it. For this, a territorial communication strategy will be launched and more adequate collection alternatives will be provided. To date, 91% of beneficiary households have already made the respective collection.
Likewise, he announced the approval of a Supreme Decree of the Housing sector that creates the Comprehensive Neighborhood Improvement Program, focused on improving the public space of urban neighborhoods with primarily vulnerable populations.
REPORT OF THE PUBLIC INTEGRITY OF THE PCM
At another time, Premier Bermúdez indicated that, in matters of management and transfer, the Public Integrity Secretariat of the PCM presented a report on the results of the implementation of the public integrity model of each ministry, an action carried out in order to strengthen a culture of integrity in public management, as well as preventing acts of corruption.
He also highlighted the approval of the first section of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the PCM, which will strengthen the leadership of the various secretariats such as Digital Government, Public Integrity, Public Management, as well as Social Management and Dialogue.
