Esto tuvo lugar durante una visita de trabajo al departamento de Áncash, donde el premier cumplió una agenda de actividades con las autoridades, gremios y la ciudadanía de esta jurisdicción.
Desde el auditorio del Sindicato de Pescadores de Chimbote y anexos, el premier precisó que la instalación de la mesa de trabajo se realizaría en los próximos días, mediante una resolución ministerial, la que convocará a los sectores involucrados para resolver de manera conjunta la problemática pesquera. También incidió en la importancia de establecer mecanismos de solución y diálogo ante los conflictos sociales y de ordenar el sector pesquero en materia tributaria. “Tenemos que ordenarnos y quienes deben tributar tienen que hacerlo como corresponde”, añadió.
Asimismo, se informó que en la referida mesa de trabajo participarán los representantes de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, los ministerios de Energía y Minas y de la Producción, así como de los gremios y sectores pesqueros y del Congreso de la República, quienes evaluarán y plantearán soluciones a esta situación.
“Urge instalar una mesa con los ministerios, con la PCM y, a partir de ello, evaluar todo lo que ustedes están planteando, para tomar decisiones. Se hará una convocatoria a todos los gremios pesqueros para poder iniciar este proceso y de manera conjunta poder llegar a soluciones. El día de hoy estamos planteando esta iniciativa, que el gobierno de nuestro hermano Pedro Castillo Terrones llevará a cabo”, sostuvo.
En dicho acto estuvieron presentes los congresistas de la República, Kelly Portalatino, Elías Varas Meléndez y Jaime Quito, así como el secretario general del Sindicato de Pescadores de Chimbote y anexos, Lorenzo Macedonio, además de dirigentes y miembros del gremio pesquero.
MESA DE DESCENTRALIZACIÓN PROVINCIAL
Para continuar con su agenda de trabajo, el primer ministro participó en una mesa de trabajo con alcaldes provinciales, que tuvo lugar en la Municipalidad Provincial del Santa.
En esta reunión participaron los alcaldes provinciales de Huarmey, Elmer Dueñas; del Santa, Eugenio Jara; de Pallasca, Miranda Alvino, y de Corongo, Ascario Wilman Ponce, quienes expusieron sus proyectos y demandas en temas de vivienda, agricultura, producción, salud y educación. A su turno, Bellido Ugarte mostró su disposición de evaluar una solución a sus problemáticas.
Además, Bellido Ugarte participó junto al alcalde distrital de Santa, Eugenio Jara y los congresistas Jaime Quito, Kelly Portalatino y Elías Vara, inauguró una moderna planta de oxígeno en el centro de salud de Santa, para abastecer a los pacientes que lo requieran ante una eventual tercera ola de la pandemia de la COVID-19.
En el acto, el jefe del gabinete resaltó la importancia de contar con una planta de oxígeno, así como proveer al país de recursos e infraestructura ante una posible tercera ola de COVID-19. Además, agradeció al personal de salud que se encuentra en la primera línea de esta lucha contra el coronavirus. Asimismo, manifestó su voluntad de que Santa cuente con un hospital, lo cual se canalizará, dijo, a través del alcalde para contar con el expediente técnico correspondiente.
DESTRABAR PROYECTOS DE INVERSIÓN
De otro lado, respecto del proyecto de irrigación Chinecas que se encuentra paralizado, el premier explicó que uno de los objetivos del actual Gobierno es buscar los mecanismos para destrabar las obras paralizadas o inconclusas, para beneficiar al país, para generar mano de obra y porque el país ha invertido en ellas.
También reiteró que la inversión privada en el Perú es bienvenida y goza de estabilidad jurídica, pero cumpliendo con lo que el Estado Peruanos establece y, en tal sentido, señaló que el gobierno trabaja para que las empresas medianas y pequeñas tengan las mejores condiciones y que el empresario peruano tenga la oportunidad de convertirse en gran empresa.

He also reiterated that private investment in Peru is welcome and enjoys legal stability, but complying with what the Peruvian State establishes and, in this sense, pointed out that the government works so that medium and small companies have the best conditions and that the Peruvian businessman has the opportunity to become a great company.
