Jueza de Moyobamba obtiene el primer lugar en Concurso Nacional de Buenas Prácticas en materia de violencia de género.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La jueza de familia de Moyobamba (Corte Superior de San Martín), Jenny Salvador Plasencia, obtuvo el primer lugar en el Concurso Nacional de Buenas Prácticas en materia de violencia de género en resoluciones judiciales, organizado por la Comisión de Justicia de Género del Poder Judicial y la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad del Pacífico.

Salvador Plascencia fue reconocida por la expedición de una resolución judicial especial en tutela con medidas de protección en favor de las agraviadas.

El segundo y tercer lugar en este innovador concurso fue para Crisley Herrera Claure, jueza penal especializada en delitos asociados en violencia contra la mujer integrante del grupo familiar de la Corte de Arequipa; y María Luisa Charaja Coata, jueza de familia del Distrito Judicial de Lima Este, respectivamente.

Este evento fue convocado con el fin de distinguir las buenas prácticas judiciales en temas de violencia de género, contenidas en resoluciones emitidas entre el 1 de setiembre del 2019 y el 12 de noviembre del 2021.

Al respecto, la titular del Poder Judicial, Elvia Barrios, expresó su satisfacción por la acogida que tuvo el concurso, el cual, expresó, manifiesta el interés y compromiso de los jueces y juezas en la construcción de un servicio de justicia más eficiente, humana e igualitaria.

“En el Poder Judicial sabemos de la responsabilidad que nos corresponde en la protección a las víctimas y en el establecimiento de la sanción a los agresores que nos toca imponer, así como en el mensaje social que damos a través de nuestras decisiones frente a esta problemática”, refirió.

Añadió que con sus resoluciones, las juezas ganadoras demuestran su alta calidad profesional. Ellas recibieron diplomas de reconocimiento.

La ceremonia virtual contó también con la participación de Cecilia O’Neill de la Fuente, decana de la facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Pacífico; la jueza suprema Elvira Álvarez Olazábal, presidenta de la Comisión de Justicia de Género del Poder Judicial, entre otras autoridades.
