Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Con la presencia de medio centenar de docentes, el presidente Pedro Castillo promulgó hoy la ley que incorpora a la Reforma Magisterial N° 29944 a los profesores que laboran en las instituciones educativas públicas (educación básica y técnico-productiva) que son administradas por los ministerios de Defensa y del Interior.

“Los derechos constitucionales no pueden ser discriminatorios, por eso saludo su lucha y me alegro que haya dado frutos; al César lo que es del César y a los trabajadores lo que es de los trabajadores”, expresó desde el Patio de Honor de Palacio de Gobierno en donde rubricó el documento.

El 18 de diciembre último el Congreso de la República, aprobó con 104 votos a favor, esta importante ley la cual fue presentada por la bancada de Perú Libre a iniciativa del congresista Alex Paredes Gonzales.

“Estoy convencido que tanto el Legislativo como el Ejecutivo tenemos que hacer la normas y tenemos que hacer las leyes, juntamente con los trabajadores, juntamente con el pueblo”, manifestó.

Anotó que tanto el Poder Ejecutivo como el Parlamento tienen que ser instituciones proactivas, con el propósito de alcanzar un marco legal justo para los trabajadores todos los rincones del país.

“A mí duele sobremanera cuando veo a mis hermanos maestros, obreros, mineros, personal y demás trabajadores dejar sus puestos de trabajo y a sus familias, para coger un cartel y ocupar la calle en busca de justicia. Debemos acabar con eso”, enfatizó.

Cabe recordar que la Ley de Reforma Magisterial N° 29944 establece un régimen laboral único para todos los docentes que laboran en instituciones educativas públicas del Estado.

Sin embargo, los docentes de los sectores Defensa e Interior no estaban comprendidos en dicho régimen laboral.

Con la promulgación de la esta ley, se espera que los derechos de los docentes se equiparen. El presupuesto que demande la aplicación de la Ley será proporcionado por los ministerios respectivos, según la norma aprobada.

It should be remembered that the Law of Magisterial Reform No. 29944 establishes a single labor regime for all teachers who work in public educational institutions of the State.

However, teachers in the Defense and Interior sectors were not included in this labor regime.

With the enactment of this law, it is expected that the rights of teachers will be equated. The budget that the application of the Law demands will be provided by the respective ministries, according to the approved norm.
