Con el fin de cumplir con las medidas de bioseguridad y de distanciamiento físico en el marco de la pandemia de la COVID-19, la Mesa Directiva de la Junta Preparatoria acordó que este acto será de manera presencial y por bancadas parlamentarias, divididas en tres grupos.
Los primeros en juramentar serán los integrantes de la Mesa Directiva de la Junta Preparatoria, es decir, los congresistas Bernardo Quito Sarmiento (PL), presidente; Enrique Wong Pujada, primer secretario (PP); y Rosangella Barbarán Reyes (FP), segunda secretaria.
Luego hará lo propio el primer grupo, conformado por Perú Libre (37 legisladores), Juntos Por el Perú (5 integrantes) y el Partido Morado (3 integrantes). En total, 45 parlamentarios.
En el segundo grupo estarán Fuerza Popular (24 congresistas), Renovación Popular (13 legisladores), y Avanza País (7 integrantes). En total, 44 parlamentarios.
Y el tercer grupo lo conforma: Acción Popular (16 integrantes), Alianza Por el Progreso (15 congresistas), Somos Perú (5 integrantes) y Podemos Perú (5 integrantes). En total, 41 legisladores.
Cabe indicar que el grupo 2 esperará en la Sala Raúl Porras Barrenechea hasta el momento de su ingreso al hemiciclo principal. El grupo 3 hará lo propio en la Sala Grau del Palacio Legislativo.
