Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad y productividad de su cacao, las 39 familias que conforman la Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios y Forestales “Los Ángeles de Los Cedros”, del caserío Los Cedros, distrito de Rupa Rupa, región Huánuco, recibieron módulos de fermentación y secado, además la construcción de un centro de acopio, como parte del Plan de Negocio cofinanciado con el Programa Agroideas del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI).

Hace 9 años, conformaron esa asociación confiando en la rentabilidad de este producto. “La siembra del cacao ha cambiado nuestras vidas, ahora solo pensamos en dedicarnos al campo y mejorar nuestro trabajo”, cuenta Santa Malpartida, productora de la asociación.

Para potenciar sus capacidades y elevar su competitividad, accedieron al cofinanciamiento de un Plan de Negocio que les permitirá dar mantenimiento a sus 120 hectáreas de trabajo y así mejorar la calidad de su cacao, actualmente comercializado en los mercados de Tingo María.

La inversión total para este proyecto fue de S/ 419.6 mil, siendo S/ 335.7 mil el aporte de Agroideas y S/83.9 mil la contrapartida de la organización agraria, que ha permitido también la construcción de una planta de aguas mieles y la entrega de motofumigadoras, motoguadañas, balanza, una furgoneta e insumos para los procesos de cosecha y post cosecha de su cacao.

“Que este Plan de Negocio no sea el objetivo final para ustedes como organización. Qué bueno sería que den un segundo paso y conformen una cooperativa que les permita tener otra visión empresarial. Los animo a acceder al incentivo de Gestión Empresarial de Agroideas para la contratación del gerente y puedan seguir creciendo”, expreso el director ejecutivo de Agroideas, Jorge Sandoval.

La proyección planteada por estas 39 familias es aumentar la productividad en sus parcelas. “Aquí, en el valle del Bolsón Cuchara, estamos entre los 550 a 600 kilos por hectárea, gracias a los abonos que nos ha dado Agroideas. Y para dentro de un año, tenemos el propósito de llegar entre 800 a 1200 kilos”, explica Linder Ysuiza Castillejo, presidente de la asociación.

A la fecha, el MIDAGRI, a través de Agroideas, ha aprobado un total de 33 Planes de Negocio en Huánuco, en favor de 2 350 mil productores y productoras de la agricultura familiar, dedicados al cultivo de cacao, café, papa, arroz, a la crianza de vacunos y la producción de miel de abeja y lácteos. La inversión involucra S/13.8 millones por parte del Estado y S/4.8 millones por parte de las organizaciones agrarias.
