Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe En el marco del Día Mundial de Turismo, Lima recibió el sello internacional Safe Travels por parte del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (Mincetur), en una ceremonia organizada en el Circuito Mágico del Agua del Parque de la Reserva, uno de los atractivos más emblemáticos de la ciudad.

En ese sentido, con el objetivo de contribuir a la reactivación económica del sector, el viceministro de Comercio Exterior, Diego Llosa, entregó este reconocimiento al alcalde de Lima, Jorge Muñoz.

Las gestiones y coordinaciones intergerenciales de la comuna limeña con los gremios del sector para implementar los lineamientos sanitarios ante el COVID-19 en destinos turísticos permitieron que la ciudad obtuviera la evaluación favorable del Mincetur para convertirse en un destino bioseguro.

Esta acción también incluye la firma de un convenio con dicha cartera, que permitirá usar el mencionado sello para brindar sublicencias a prestadores de servicios y atractivos turísticos de la ciudad.

De esta manera el Museo Convento de Santo Domingo, el Museo del Palacio Arzobispal, el Museo Convento de San Francisco y Catacumbas, el Museo de Sitio Bodega y Quadra, la Casa Aliaga, el Circuito Mágico del Agua y la Plaza Mayor de Lima son algunos de los atractivos turísticos del Centro Histórico que contarán con el sello y reconocimiento gestionado por la comuna capitalina.
