Estamos firmemente comprometidos a seguir fomentando toda la gama de nuestras relaciones, incluido el diálogo político de confianza. Nuestra cooperación se basa en la coincidencia o afinidad de posiciones sobre temas clave de la agenda internacional, incluyendo el entendimeinto de la necesidad de fortalecer los enfoques multilaterales hacia los asuntos mundiales, el papel central y coordinador de la ONU, la importancia de unir esfuerzos para contrarrestar nuevas amenazas y desafíos de la actualidad – el terrorismo y el narcotráfico.
La cooperación en la lucha contra el coronavirus, uno de los desafíos globales más complicados, se ha presentado como un testimonio elocuente de los estrechos vínculos entre nuestros países en la época difícil que todo el mundo está viviendo hoy día.
Tenemos todas las razones para ser optimistas sobre el futuro de las relaciones ruso-peruanas y vamos a seguir trabajando en pro de fortalecer la asociación estratégica con el Perú, que responde a los intereses fundamentales de nuestros países y pueblos.

Our bilateral cooperation has reached the level of strategic partnership and continues to develop dynamically. Today Peru is one of our most important partners in Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region.
We are firmly committed to continuing to foster the full range of our relationships, including trustworthy political dialogue. Our cooperation is based on the coincidence or affinity of positions on key issues on the international agenda, including the understanding of the need to strengthen multilateral approaches to world affairs, the central and coordinating role of the UN, the importance of joining forces to countering new threats and challenges of today – terrorism and drug trafficking.
Cooperation in the fight against the coronavirus, one of the most complicated global challenges, has been presented as eloquent testimony to the close ties between our countries in the difficult times that the whole world is experiencing today.
We have every reason to be optimistic about the future of Russian-Peruvian relations and we will continue working to strengthen the strategic partnership with Peru, which responds to the fundamental interests of our countries and peoples.
