El Perú no cuenta con una planificación que nos conduzca al desarrollo sostenido como nación, los diversos gobiernos no han logrado que los peruanos cuenten con las condiciones básicas para vivir con dignidad; el país sufre por una condición de inseguridad interna generada por la delincuencia y el crimen organizado, asfixiada por la corrupción, que se encuentra tanto en los organismos públicos y privados a nivel nacional-regional y local de todo el país, sostiene Suárez Flores, mientras nos describe la realidad de los problemas del Perú, en cuanto a los graves flagelos que la asechan en lo que a seguridad pública y de la nación se requiere.

En un ejemplo de ello es el azote del narcotráfico, refiere Guillermo Suárez Flores, este flagelo de nuestros tiempos ha infectado a nuestra gente y a nuestras instituciones, urge en primer lugar replantear los componentes de las estrategias de lucha contra el narcotráfico en el país (institucional, prevención, interdicción, erradicación y programas de desarrollo alternativo).

En otro momento Suárez Flores, meridianamente escudriña en nuestra entrevista el tema económico como país, –al respecto le preguntamos, si es que la interrogante no suena a una retorica por ser un tema recurrente en todo diálogo político–nuestro entrevistado nos mira fijamente y nos contesta–de ninguna manera, la respuesta es sencilla, son los malos políticos lo que lo han hecho un tema complicado– mire usted el tema económico en nuestro país, solo urge ser administrado correctamente, potenciado sus instrumentos de desarrollo como eje para una gobernanza al servicio de la nación, descentralizando los recursos que se generan en el país por ser una nación bendecida con una biodiversidad de recursos naturales; sabía usted, que nuestros recursos naturales convierten a nuestro Perú en un país altamente rico, poseedor de una capacidad de explotación bastante grande que probablemente muchos otros países quisieran tener. Y es justamente a causa de dicha riqueza innata que tanto las exportaciones de materias primas como las inversiones extranjeras son un gran aporte para la economía del país; por todo ello debe ser bien distribuido y con manos limpias, integras, añade, el secretario de organización de Salvemos al Perú.

Son estas y otras demandas nacionales que nos inspiran, a actuar en la vida política del país con la firme convicción de salvarlo, por eso el nombre de Salvemos al Perú, somos un grupo de profesionales, técnicos y especialistas de toda índole, que queremos trabajar unidos para salvar a nuestro amado Perú; deseamos corregir los errores de hoy y preparar el tiempo del mañana para los que vienen detrás de nosotros, esas nuevas generaciones, construyendo las coyunturas de vivir dignamente sin sobresaltos, inestabilidades ni graves preocupaciones; estamos ya trabajando un país donde existan excelentes oportunidades educativas, una solvente atención de salud pública, con seguridad alimentaria, donde la vivienda digna este al alcance de todos los peruanos, con seguridad y justicia social, señala Guillermo Suárez Flores, secretario de organización de esta nuevo partido político en nuestro país.

Muy propio a nuestro estilo, le preguntamos si es que para hacer realidad todo esto que nos explica-existe un plan totalitario para alcanzar el poder como muchos desde otras orillas plantean–Suárez Flores, nos señala que no hay necesidad de tales posturas, mire ve señor periodista, nos dice–en primer lugar nosotros mantenemos y fomentamos en nuestra doctrina partidaria el respeto a la Constitución Política, es más si por razones como las que estamos viendo ahora la misma se cambia o se modifica en lo que al pueblo se refiere, por que la constitución política de un país es para gobernar una nación, es decir al pueblo, la constitución no se hace en un escritorio con cuatro o diez burócratas, ese concepto debe quedar bien claro, en la carta magna de una nación intervienen y tienen voto todos los sectores y colectivos representativos de un país.

Finalmente, sostiene Guillermo Suárez Flores, propugnamos el respeto a las libertades individuales y a la promoción de condiciones para que cada individuo se realice, despliegue sus capacidades y encuentre las oportunidades que requiere para construir su destino, contribuyendo al desarrollo de la nación: y eso no es todo de la mano enseñamos a los ciudadanos lo vital que es defender la democracia, la Justicia y los derechos humanos, sostuvo el político y secretario de organización de Salvemos al Perú.
