Así lo indicó durante una conferencia tras la primera sesión del Consejo de Ministros del nuevo gabinete ministerial, desarrollada esta tarde en la sede de PCM.

“Hoy hemos tenido nuestro primer Consejo de Ministros y nuestra prioridad ha sido tratar de avanzar en los temas más importantes para el país. Los principales temas giran en torno a la salud, el avance de la vacunación, la inclusión social y el alivio a la pobreza”, indicó.

Asimismo, informó que se aprobaron los lineamientos de la política general de gobierno, además de propuestas que contribuirán a la gobernabilidad y estabilidad del país.

La premier Vásquez adelantó que en las próximas fechas iniciará una ronda de reuniones con las diferentes fuerzas políticas para generar consensos. “La mayoría de bancadas está en la disposición de entrar en este diálogo. Para el día viernes ya tenemos concretada una reunión con la presidenta del Congreso de la República y creo que vamos avanzando respecto a este diálogo. La ronda de conversaciones va a ser muy saludable en el marco de la gobernabilidad”, señaló.

SOBRE PROYECTO DE LEY DE LA CUESTIÓN DE CONFIANZA Y VACANCIA PRESIDENCIAL
También informó que en el Consejo de Ministros se aprobó un proyecto de reforma constitucional que pretende encontrar una salida al entrampamiento que ha existido en los últimos años respecto al uso, algunas veces indebido, tanto de la vacancia por incapacidad moral, como de la cuestión de confianza.

Explicó que estos mecanismos forman parte de un sistema de balance de poderes de la democracia, aspectos que el actual dictamen por insistencia sobre la cuestión de confianza que impulsa el Congreso, no toma en cuenta, pues solo busca modificar una parte del sistema.

De otro lado, reafirmó que la lucha contra el tráfico ilícito de drogas es una prioridad del Gobierno y sostuvo que, ante la renuncia del presidente de Devida, se buscará a un profesional que pueda asumir este rol, que garantice capacidad, conocimiento y la generación de consensos con la población y todos los sectores involucrados.

MINISTROS INFORMAN MEDIDAS APROBADAS
En la conferencia, la premier estuvo acompañada de la ministra de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Dina Boluarte, quien detalló los avances en la entrega del bono Yanapay. Indicó que a la fecha más de 2 millones 203 mil beneficiarios ya han cobrado este subsidio, cifra que se irá incrementando en los próximos días. Recalcó que el requisito para recibir esta ayuda es que la suma del ingreso económico en el hogar no pase de los 3 mil soles y que no haya algún familiar que esté en planilla.

En tanto, el ministro de Defensa, Walter Ayala, informó sobre el decomiso de 640 kilos de droga en la zona del Vraem, producto del trabajo conjunto entre la Policía Nacional, las Fuerzas Armadas y la Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia. Además, informó que en el marco del simulacro nocturno multipeligro programado para hoy se instalará la primera sirena de alerta sísmica del país, en el distrito de Lince. “La primera sirena de alerta antisísmica nos va a dar oportunidad de salvar muchas vidas, si la sirena empieza a sonar en este momento, por ejemplo, tendremos de 8 a 25 segundos para poder evacuar”, añadió. Sostuvo que esta implementación demandó una inversión de 51 millones de soles.

Por su parte, el ministro de Salud, Hernando Cevallos, indicó que hasta el momento se han aplicado más de 30 millones 170 mil dosis de vacuna contra el coronavirus, con lo cual el 60.8% de la población objetivo está vacunada con la primera dosis y el 46.9% de ciudadanos cuenta con ambas dosis. Asimismo, anunció que se está programando una reunión con los rectores de las universidades del país a fin de alcanzarles un protocolo que permitiría el retorno a las universitarias.

Informó además sobre algunos cambios en las restricciones en torno al control de la pandemia, como el inicio de la inamovilidad obligatoria desde las 2 a.m. hasta las 4 a.m. También señaló que los trabajadores del sector salud deberán tener su vacunación completa para poder cumplir labores presenciales. Asimismo, las personas mayores de 45 años necesitarán tener las dos dosis de vacuna para acceder a viajes interprovinciales, para lo cual se dará un plazo de un mes.

Agregó que el aforo para los restaurantes y afines con un área de atención al cliente menor de 200 metros cuadrados el aforo será del 60%, mientras que para el mismo rubro, con áreas de atención al cliente mayor o igual a 200 metros cuadrados el aforo será de 100%.

Finalmente, el ministro de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Roberto Sánchez, informó sobre las medidas para la reactivación del turismo, como el establecimiento de feriados largos en los últimos meses del año. Sánchez resaltó además que, producto del fin de semana largo declarado por el Gobierno, se tiene un reporte de al menos 500 mil viajeros que tomaron rumbo a destinos turísticos internos.
