Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe En el marco de la Política Nacional de Transformación Digital, la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, a través de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital, se inició el Programa “Niñas Digitales Perú” con el fin de impulsar la participación de más mujeres en tecnología y carreras STEAM, (relacionadas a la ciencia, la tecnología, arte, ingeniería y matemáticas) a nivel nacional.

El programa de talleres digitales se desarrolla en el marco de las acciones del Laboratorio de Gobierno y Transformación Digital y comprende la capacitación gratuita en programación a niñas de entre 6 a 12 años de edad. La primera fase del Programa “Niñas digitales Perú” se realizará en alianza con el Gobierno Regional de Cajamarca, la Asociación Civil Tecky Brains y la empresa Entel durante los 04 sábados de noviembre y se prevé capacitar a 400 niñas de los distritos de Celendín, Jaén, Santa Cruz, Baños del Inca, Chota, entre otros.

Durante las sesiones, se instruye a las niñas en los Cursos Scratch JR que es un lenguaje de programación por bloques divertido y lúdico, y Creador de App que permite crear aplicaciones de manera exitosa. De esta manera, las niñas pueden perfeccionar sus habilidades de pensamiento lógico, comprensión y creatividad tan necesarias en el mundo laboral que es cada vez más digital.

“Desde la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM venimos impulsando el talento digital y la participación de cada vez más mujeres en las carreras STEAM relacionadas a las tecnologías digitales y datos. En ese sentido, es fundamental acercar los beneficios de las tecnologías a todas las niñas peruanas a nivel nacional”, sostuvo Marushka Chocobar, secretaria de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM.

En otro momento, Chocobar precisó que la Política General de Gobierno para el periodo 2021-2026 desarrolla en su eje 8 lo relativo al gobierno y transformación digital con equidad. Por ello, remarcó la importancia de seguir trabajando, de manera articulada, con el sector privado, la academia y sociedad civil para fortalecer la educación digital, el acceso al entorno digital, la inclusión y el talento digital en todas las personas.

“La inscripción se realiza mediante la coordinación con la Dirección Regional de Educación de los Gobiernos Regionales y las Unidades de Gestión Educativa Locales (UGEL), en tanto las sesiones de capacitación se realizan en grupos de hasta 25 niñas para atender sus necesidades de manera personalizada, considerando los dispositivos a utilizar y la necesidad de conectividad, que estamos atendiendo mediante la entrega de chips de Entel”, señaló Paola Gálvez Callirgos, experta en políticas y regulación digital de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital, a cargo de la coordinación del programa.

El evento de lanzamiento contó con la participación de Mesías Guevara, gobernador regional de Cajamarca; Marushka Chocobar, secretaria de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM; Dely Goicochea, presidente de la Asociación Tecky Brains; Rosa Bonilla, jefa de gestión de reputación y desarrollo sostenible Entel Perú, Presbitero Alarcón, director regional de Educación y la familia Ñontol Potosí del distrito de Baños del Inca en representación de las familias participantes.
