La jornada se inició en Canaria, con la participación del primer ministro en el espacio de diálogo para el desarrollo del mencionado distrito. El titular de la PCM exhortó a las autoridades regionales y locales a trabajar en equipo y priorizar los proyectos de desarrollo vinculados a la agricultura y riego, a la salud, educación y construcción de carreteras. También enfatizó que las autoridades deben trabajar con honestidad y que la población debe estar vigilante para el avance de los proyectos sin corrupción.

En esta jornada de trabajo, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros estuvo acompañado del presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobernadores Regionales (ANGR) y Gobernador de Ayacucho, Carlos Rua; del congresista Alex Flores (Perú Libre); el alcalde provincial de Fajardo, César Palomino; del secretario de Descentralización de la PCM, Jesús Quispe; así como de alcaldes distritales y representantes de las comunidades campesinas.

El gobernador regional de Ayacucho saludó la presencia del titular de la PCM y señaló que en su región existen carencias de agua potable y carreteras. Dijo que junto a los alcaldes han solicitado la ejecución de estas obras, pero debido a las dificultades económicas y a la crisis sanitaria, no se han concretado. Indicó que una de las demandas es la construcción de puentes y la carretera del Bicentenario para impulsar el turismo en la región.

Por su parte, el congresista Alex Flores, destacó la visita del presidente del Consejo de Ministros a los distritos y provincias más alejados y olvidados como Canaria y Cayara en la provincia de Víctor Fajardo. Asimismo, reiteró su compromiso de trabajar desde el Congreso a favor de la población y promover el desarrollo de la región.

Posteriormente, en el distrito de Cayara, Bellido Ugarte instaló la Mesa técnica de desarrollo integral de la provincia de Víctor Fajardo, instancia creada el pasado sábado 18 de setiembre, mediante una resolución de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).

Las funciones de esta instancia de trabajo son coordinar y apoyar la implementación de las medidas necesarias que contribuyan al desarrollo territorial de la provincia; proponer acciones y actividades orientadas al fortalecimiento institucional y a la mejora de la respuesta estatal a la necesidad de bienes y servicios de calidad para la población; además de articular con las entidades públicas; y proponer acciones y medidas para el cumplimiento del objeto de la mesa técnica.

El premier manifestó que la actual gestión gubernamental tiene el compromiso de escuchar las demandas y atender las necesidades de la población de Cayara, un distrito golpeado por la violencia. Asimismo, remarcó que se fortalecerán los mecanismos para combatir la corrupción y pidió que todas las autoridades se comprometan con ejecutar sus presupuestos adecuadamente y en beneficio de la población. También señaló que existe voluntad para priorizar el financiamiento de obras de desarrollo en beneficio de este distrito, como la construcción de obras de riego, mejora del puesto de salud y del centro educativo, entre otros proyectos.

En esta jornada participaron también los alcaldes distritales de Huancaraylla, Víctor Oré; de Chiara, Nilo Huaytalla; de Tambo, Carlos Ayala; de Alcamenca, Epifanio Martínez; de Colca, Pompeyo Mendoza; así como los alcaldes provinciales Daniel Roca, de Cangallo, y Agliberto Martínez, de la provincia de Vilcashuamán.

The regional governor of Ayacucho welcomed the presence of the head of the PCM and pointed out that in his region there are shortages of drinking water and roads. He said that together with the mayors they have requested the execution of these works, but due to economic difficulties and the health crisis, they have not materialized. He indicated that one of the demands is the construction of bridges and the Bicentennial Highway to boost tourism in the region.

For his part, Congressman Alex Flores, highlighted the visit of the President of the Council of Ministers to the most remote and forgotten districts and provinces such as Canaria and Cayara in the province of Víctor Fajardo. Likewise, he reiterated his commitment to work from Congress in favor of the population and promote the development of the region.

Subsequently, in the district of Cayara, Bellido Ugarte installed the technical round table for integral development of the province of Víctor Fajardo, a body created last Saturday, September 18, through a resolution of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM).

The functions of this work instance are to coordinate and support the implementation of the necessary measures that contribute to the territorial development of the province; propose actions and activities aimed at institutional strengthening and improving the state response to the need for quality goods and services for the population; in addition to articulating with public entities; and propose actions and measures for the fulfillment of the object of the technical table.

The premier said that the current government administration is committed to listening to the demands and meeting the needs of the population of Cayara, a district hit by violence. He also stressed that the mechanisms to combat corruption will be strengthened and asked that all authorities commit to executing their budgets properly and for the benefit of the population. He also pointed out that there is a willingness to prioritize the financing of development works for the benefit of this district, such as the construction of irrigation works, improvement of the health post and the educational center, among other projects.
