Poder Judicial resolverá el 2022 más de dos millones de expedientes, indicó en sustentación de su presupuesto, su presidenta.

Sostuvo que uno de los problemas más álgidos que tiene el Poder Judicial es la carga procesal para 3498 jueces y juezas en todo el país.

Refirió que para disminuir la sobrecarga de expedientes este 26 de noviembre se realizará la Jornada Judicial Extraordinaria a nivel nacional en la que “los jueces y juezas de manera voluntaria van a emitir un número significativo de resoluciones, autos y proveídos de escritos”.

Indicó que el Poder Judicial es la primera institución que realiza trabajo presencial. “Los usuarios del servicio de justicia lo requieren y necesitamos que haya actividad, no podemos tener un país detenido por la pandemia”, afirmó.

Asimismo, informó que está trabajando con el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, la creación de Módulos Especializados de Flagrancia para aplicar el proceso inmediato y de esta forma dar respuesta a la inseguridad ciudadana.

LUCHA CONTRA LA VIOLENCIA
Barrios Alvarado fue muy enfática en afirmar que la violencia contra las mujeres e integrantes del grupo familiar “es la otra pandemia en el mundo”.

Informó que se ha solicitado S/ 233 millones 212 mil para enfrentar la violencia contra la mujer e integrantes del grupo familiar, aunque solo se le ha asignado el 50 % aproximadamente.

“Este presupuesto servirá para implementar en el país, el Sistema Nacional Especializado de Justicia (SNEJ), puesto que hasta la fecha sólo se ha ejecutado en ocho distritos judiciales”, remarcó.

También comunicó que el Poder Judicial -a setiembre de 2021- ha recibido 226 mil 879 denuncias por violencia contra la mujer e integrantes del grupo familiar, y se proyecta recibir en el presente año 300,000 denuncias, “por ello es que se demanda presupuesto para combatir la misma”.

Al respecto, dijo que se han creado 48 juzgados especializados en 13 distritos judiciales, y que si no se le otorga un presupuesto adecuado “creo que no podemos tener el discurso de que luchamos contra la violencia”.

Anunció que este 25 de noviembre se implementará el Expediente Judicial Electrónico en materia de violencia en la Corte Superior de Puente Piedra-Ventanilla.

TRANSFORMACIÓN DIGITAL
También explicó a los congresistas la transformación digital de la institución con la creación del Casillero Digital Juez/Jueza, el Casillero de Sentido de las Decisiones Judiciales, el Juez Te Escucha, el Módulo de Atención de Servicios Integrados (MASI) y el Remate Judicial Electrónico (Remaju) a nivel nacional.

De igual modo, mencionó la implementación de la oralidad en los procesos civiles en 20 distritos judiciales, y el EJE en estos procesos; el Tucuy Ricuy (Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a los procesos de violencia).

Asimismo, la interoperabilidad con todas las comisarías de familia a nivel nacional, los aplicativos Botón de Pánico y el reciente ‘Seguras’, donde podrán encontrarse más de tres mil instituciones al servicio de las víctimas de violencia, así como la digitalización de expedientes en la Corte Suprema y el Sistema de Requisitorias Electrónica Digital.

La titular del Poder Judicial también anunció proyectos a implementar en el ámbito de la justicia itinerante como el Bus Cámara Gesell, para que se traslade a los lugares más remotos y las víctimas de violencia puedan brindar su declaración, así como el Bus Juzgado que recorrerá comunidades alejadas para llevar el servicio de justicia, entre otras acciones
