También anunció la culminación de las obras de construcción del hospital de Quillabamba, así como la reestructuración de la Empresa Nacional de la Coca (ENACO) y la creación del instituto de investigación de la hoja de coca.
Durante su participación en la Reunión Multisectorial con el Comité de Lucha de La Convención, realizada en la sede de la Universidad Nacional Intercultural de Quillabamba, el jefe del gabinete ministerial se dirigió a la población en quechua y afirmó que la creación de la citada mesa de trabajo será oficializada mediante una resolución ministerial, a fin que próximamente pueda iniciar sus labores técnicas.
El titular de la PCM afirmó que este trabajo, articulado por el Ejecutivo, convocará a autoridades locales, dirigentes de organizaciones sociales y campesinas, así como legisladores, para concretar las obras que demanda la población, entre ellas el hospital de Quillabamba., Asimismo, se evaluarán proyectos de desarrollo para la jurisdicción en los sectores de transportes y comunicaciones, salud, educación, agricultura y riego, y agua y saneamiento, así como la construcción de una planta de fraccionamiento de gas en Kepashiato.
Bellido Ugarte también manifestó que el Gobierno se identifica con las necesidades de la población y de los campesinos, y en atención a sus demandas creará el Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología, así como el Instituto de Investigación de la Hoja de Coca.
SEGUNDA REFORMA AGRARIA SE PRESENTARÁ MAÑANA
“La segunda reforma agraria estará enfocada en brindar acompañamiento técnico, certificación y búsqueda de mercados. Es un compromiso de nuestra campaña trabajar con los agricultores”, dijo.
Del mismo modo, reiteró que el Gobierno lucha frontalmente contra la corrupción y subrayó que la segunda reforma agraria se anunciará mañana. “Ahora que estamos en el gobierno, estamos planteando soluciones y vamos a luchar contra la corrupción en cada región, para caminar limpio y honesto y trabajar con el pueblo”, manifestó y pidió a las autoridades para trabajar de la mano junto al Gobierno.
