Premier Mirtha Vásquez, sustentó ante comisión del Congreso el presupuesto 2022 de su sector que presenta un 3% de incremento.

La premier indicó a los parlamentarios de la comisión presidida por el congresista Héctor Acuña que el Presupuesto Institucional de Apertura (PIA) proyectado para el año 2022 asciende a S/ 2 085 millones, lo que supone un 3% de incremento en comparación al PIA asignado en 2021, que fue de S/ 2 031 millones.

En ese sentido, explicó que este incremento responde a una mayor asignación de recursos a favor de diversos pliegos. Es el caso de PCM, que presenta un 13% de incremento en el presupuesto para poder dar cumplimiento a las normas legales referidas a la incorporación de la secretaría técnica del Fonavi al pliego de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros. Del mismo modo, indicó, este incremento estará destinado a garantizar la operatividad y el funcionamiento de los Centros Mejor Atención al Ciudadano (MAC) a nivel nacional, los mismos que se vienen implementando durante este año y el próximo.

Además, mencionó que el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI) presenta un incremento del 17% en su presupuesto, monto que comprende el financiamiento del V Censo Nacional Económico – CENEC, así como la Encuesta Permanente del Empleo Nacional – EPEN, la Encuesta Nacional Agropecuaria –ENA y la realización del Nuevo Año Base de las Cuentas Nacionales. En tanto, Osiptel y Osinergmin presentan incrementos del 26% y 6% respectivamente.

LUCHA CONTRA LAS DROGAS
Mirtha Vásquez mencionó además que, para el año 2022, la PCM cuenta con 10 programas presupuestales, que cuentan con una asignación presupuestal total de S/ 430.9 millones, siendo el pliego de Devida el que cuenta con mayor presupuesto; un total de S/ 202.7 millones y tres programas presupuestales a su cargo.

“Devida para el Gobierno es una prioridad, pues es un tema muy sensible que pretendemos en esta etapa tratar de fortalecer”, indicó durante su intervención, al tiempo de señalar que no hay ninguna decisión tomada en torno a romper el convenio con alguna institución y, por el contrario, se está evaluando cómo fortalecer los mecanismos que nos ayuden a combatir los cultivos ilícitos de coca.

Adicionalmente, señaló que el INEI tiene entre sus metas la ejecución del Censo Nacional Económico, la difusión de los resultados del nuevo año base del Índice de Precios al Consumidor y la obtención de resultados de la Encuesta Permanente de Empleo Nacional.

Esto se suma a los logros que se proyecta tener en materia de coordinación de políticas, transformación digital, gobernanza territorial e impulso de la ciencia y la investigación a través del Concytec, a la labor de Indecopi, Servir y la secretaría técnica del Fonavi, así como a la supervisión de organismos reguladores como Ositran, SUNASS, Osiptel, Osinfor y Osinergmin.

Este último espera llegar 5 600 000 personas atendidas con suministro de gas natural, con unas 1 400 000 conexiones a este tipo de suministro.

Durante su presentación, Vásquez Chuquilín indicó que la misión de la PCM es construir un Estado descentralizado, con un enfoque de desarrollo territorial y con servicios públicos de calidad. Agregó que la institución busca una mejor articulación de las políticas de Estado que contribuyan a la gobernabilidad y el crecimiento económico competitivo y sostenible del país.
