Por ello involucra a todas las personas e instituciones públicas y privadas efectuarlas bajo un enfoque de sostenibilidad intergeneracional.

Bajo ese marco la Comisión Nacional de Gestión Ambiental del Poder Judicial lamenta y expresa su preocupación frente al derrame de petróleo ocurrido el 15 de enero del presente año en el mar del distrito de Ventanilla, Provincia Constitucional del Callao y sus consecuencias contaminantes frente a un complejo sistema de diversidad biológica y ecosistemas marinos de invaluable valor que equilibran la salud del planeta y la salud de las personas, y que proveen un conjunto de servicios ambientales, económicos y sociales.

La Comisión Nacional de Gestión Ambiental del Poder Judicial, respetando las competencias de cada institución en lo que les corresponda, exhorta a las autoridades competentes, bajo sus marcos normativos y protocolos correspondientes, tomen las medidas urgentes y articuladas para remediar en parte este grave desastre ecológico, pues, el Poder Judicial es garante de los derechos fundamentales de las personas.

Under this framework, the National Commission for Environmental Management of the Judiciary regrets and expresses its concern regarding the oil spill that occurred on January 15 of this year in the sea of ​​the district of Ventanilla, Constitutional Province of Callao and its polluting consequences in front of a complex system of biological diversity and marine ecosystems of invaluable value that balance the health of the planet and the health of people, and that provide a set of environmental, economic and social services.

The National Commission for Environmental Management of the Judiciary, respecting the powers of each institution in what corresponds to them, urges the competent authorities, under their corresponding regulatory frameworks and protocols, to take urgent and articulated measures to partially remedy this serious ecological disaster. Therefore, the Judiciary is the guarantor of the fundamental rights of people.
