“La implementación del EJE constituye un paso decisivo a la modernización y tecnificación en los procesos civiles, y junto con la oralidad son importantes porque abonan en transparencia y celeridad, dejando de lado el secretismo y el papel”, afirmó la autoridad judicial en su discurso de inauguración.

En la actividad participó también el presidente de la Comisión de Trabajo del EJE y del Equipo Técnico Institucional de Implementación de la Oralidad Civil, Héctor Lama More, y el titular de la Corte de Puno, Pánfilo Monzón Mamani.

El EJE permite la consolidación de una adecuada atención de los procesos judiciales, mediante un método más eficaz, célere, ordenado y seguro en la solución de conflictos a través de los medios digitales.

Añadió que los procesos civiles con EJE y la oralidad han permitido la reducción del tiempo de duración hasta en un 70 %.

No obstante, señaló que la transformación digital promovida por su gestión requiere el compromiso de los jueces y juezas de la institución, porque hay aproximadamente 8 millones de peruanos que esperan justicia, teniendo en cuenta los cuatro millones de procesos judiciales en trámite.

COMPROMISO
“El país necesita jueces y juezas con compromiso, capaces de sacrificarse, comprometidos con el valor justicia y con integridad, no queremos jueces con desánimo y que piensen que haciendo trabajo remoto se cumple con impartir justicia”, indicó.

A su vez, Lama More refirió que “la celeridad, transparencia y justicia de los procesos judiciales que espera la ciudadanía son proporcionadas por la oralidad y la tecnología del EJE”, por lo que invocó también a los magistrados presentes su predisposición para el cambio.

En tanto, Monzón Mamani sostuvo que uno de los objetivos estratégicos de la institución judicial es implementar la transformación digital mediante el EJE para mejorar la rapidez, eficiencia y calidad en la administración de justicia suprimiendo el uso del papel.

Luego, las autoridades judiciales se trasladaron a la sede de San Román, Juliaca, una de las más importantes del Distrito Judicial de Puno, donde también se puso en funcionamiento el EJE y la MPE en el Módulo Civil Corporativo de Litigación Oral de esa jurisdicción.

Ahora son 20 cortes superiores incorporadas a la oralidad civil (incluye Piura donde esta reforma procesal se inaugurará la próxima semana), y siete de ellas repotenciadas con el EJE, a fin de fortalecer el servicio de justicia en el país.

In turn, Lama More said that “the speed, transparency and justice of the judicial processes that citizens expect are provided by the orality and technology of the EJE”, for which he also invoked to the magistrates present their predisposition for change.

Meanwhile, Monzón Mamani said that one of the strategic objectives of the judicial institution is to implement digital transformation through the EJE to improve speed, efficiency and quality in the administration of justice by eliminating the use of paper.

Later, the judicial authorities moved to the headquarters of San Román, Juliaca, one of the most important in the Judicial District of Puno, where the EJE and the MPE were also put into operation in the Corporate Civil Oral Litigation Module of that jurisdiction.

Now there are 20 higher courts incorporated into civil orality (includes Piura where this procedural reform will be inaugurated next week), and seven of them repowering with the EJE, in order to strengthen the justice service in the country.
