Este fue uno de los acuerdos a los que se arribaron hoy en la reunión realizada en la Municipalidad de Yauli, en Junín, en la cual tuvo una participación decisiva la viceministra de Transportes, Verónica Cáceres. Con ello, se levantó el bloqueo que se venía realizando en un sector de la Carretera Central.

A través de esta mesa técnica, el sector hará seguimiento a la elaboración del expediente técnico del saldo de obra de la carretera Palca-Jauja, con lo cual se podrá reiniciar los trabajos en la vía que ahora están suspendidos.

Según los acuerdos, especialistas de Provías Descentralizado, del Gobierno Regional de Junín, y de las municipalidades de Tapo, Palca, Ricran, Yauli, Pancan y Jauja integrarán la mesa técnica, que se instalará el 22 de setiembre en la sede del MTC en Lima.

“Lo que necesitamos es una mesa de concertación para el diálogo, para que se pueda ejecutar la obra y se pueda terminar en un plazo conveniente”, sostuvo Cáceres en la reunión de trabajo realizada en Yauli.

La titular del viceministerio de Transportes participó del encuentro ante el llamado de las organizaciones civiles, quienes solicitan el reinicio de los trabajos en la carretera, obra a cargo del Gobierno Regional de Junín y para la cual el MTC transfirió S/ 175 millones entre el 2018 y el 2021.

“Con ustedes se tomará la decisión para el reinicio. No los vamos a dejar solos. Trabajaremos con ustedes”, dijo Cáceres a los asistentes a la reunión, entre ellos residentes de los distritos de Yauli y Ricrán, quienes habían bloqueado la Carretera Central a la altura del sector puente Stuart en Jauja para exigir el reinicio de los trabajos en la vía.

La obra en mención se denomina Mejoramiento de la carretera departamental JU-103 Tramo: EMP. PE-22 a Palca-Tapo-Antacucho-Ricrán-Abra Cayan-Yauli-Pacán-EMP. PE-3S a Jauja. Su longitud es de 72.4 km.

Como parte de los acuerdos de la reunión, el Gobierno Regional de Junín iniciará los trabajos de emergencia en el canal de drenaje pluvial del barrio Ayasama-Pancan, el 20 de setiembre mediante el mecanismo de administración directa. También comenzará los trabajos de mantenimiento desde el km 0 de la carretera hasta la localidad de Palca, e incorporará al nuevo expediente técnico el presupuesto para el pago de afectaciones pedriales.

Además, el congresista Ilich López, representante de la región Junín, presentará un proyecto de ley que declare de interés nacional y necesidad pública la ejecución de la mencionada carretera. También solicitará a la Contraloría General de la República el control concurrente de la obra.
