Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El premier Guido Bellido reinstaló en la víspera el “Espacio de diálogo y cumplimiento de compromisos para el desarrollo de la provincia de Cotabambas y del distrito de Progreso, de la provincia de Grau, del departamento de Apurímac”, que evaluará los avances y temas pendientes de los compromisos asumidos por el Gobierno y la minera Las Bambas desde el 2015.

La reunión se realizó en el distrito de Tambobamba, provincia de Cotabambas, donde se decidió por acuerdo reinstaurar este espacio de diálogo creado por Decreto Supremo N.° 075-2019-PCM, de abril del 2019.

En el acta suscrita por las autoridades y los representantes de las organizaciones sociales también se acordó que los alcaldes y dirigentes de Cotabambas y del distrito de Progreso viajen a Lima el 27 y 28 del presente mes, para iniciar las reuniones de los grupos de trabajo. Asimismo, se acordó la reinstalación de las reuniones en Challhuahuacho en el marco del D.S. N.° 0005-2016, que declara de prioridad nacional el desarrollo económico y social del distrito.

En el encuentro participaron también los congresistas por Apurímac, Elizabeth Taipe y Paul Gutiérrez, así como el alcalde provincial de Cotabambas, Rildo Guillén, el consejero regional Fausto Ccoscco, autoridades locales y voceros de organizaciones sociales.

También asistió el secretario de Descentralización de la PCM, Jesús Quispe, así como el director de Promoción y Sostenibilidad Minera del Ministerio de Energía y Minas, Kaimer Dolmos, entre otros funcionarios del Poder Ejecutivo.

El “Espacio de diálogo y cumplimiento de compromisos para el desarrollo de la provincia de Cotabambas y del distrito de Progreso, de la provincia de Grau, del departamento de Apurímac” consta de nueve grupos de trabajo en las áreas de Justicia, Corredor Vial, Convenio Marco, Canon Minero, Inversión y Desarrollo, Responsabilidad Social, Tema ambiental, Asuntos con la empresa minera y Seguridad y convenio.

En su intervención, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Guido Bellido, enfatizó que es política gobierno del presidente Pedro Castillo acercarse a las comunidades de todo el país para escuchar sus problemas y necesidades e ir dando solución a cada una de ellas.

Asimismo, enfatizó que la prioridad del Poder Ejecutivo es atender las necesidades en los sectores de salud, servicios básicos y para el desarrollo integral de las comunidades que conviven con la minería.

The “Space for dialogue and compliance with commitments for the development of the province of Cotabambas and the district of Progreso, the province of Grau, the department of Apurímac” consists of nine working groups in the areas of Justice, Road Corridor, Agreement Marco, Mining Canon, Investment and Development, Social Responsibility, Environmental Issue, Affairs with the mining company and Security and agreement.

In his speech, the President of the Council of Ministers, Guido Bellido, emphasized that it is the policy of the government of President Pedro Castillo to approach communities throughout the country to listen to their problems and needs and to provide solutions to each of them.

Likewise, he emphasized that the priority of the Executive Branch is to meet the needs in the health sectors, basic services and for the integral development of the communities that live with mining.
