Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Durante el 2021, la Superintendencia Nacional de Fiscalización Laboral – SUNAFIL generó 1,402 órdenes de inspección por casos de conflictividad laboral, luego de organizar 522 reuniones, a partir de las mesas de trabajo implementadas con las centrales sindicales, federaciones y gremios empresariales, a nivel nacional y regional.

El objetivo de estas mesas de trabajo es articular y recibir los aportes de los gremios y organizaciones, para mejorar la calidad del servicio del sistema de inspección del trabajo y así reducir los conflictos laborales.

A nivel nacional fueron 74 reuniones junto a las centrales sindicales y federaciones, entre ellas la CGTP, CTP, CUT y la Federación de Obreros Municipales; 37 con los gremios empresariales, entre ellos la Sociedad Nacional de Industrias, la Cámara de Comercio de Lima, CONFIEP, AGAP y la Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía.

A nivel regional se llevaron a cabo 250 de reuniones descentralizadas con las bases regionales de la CGTP y 161 con las filiales regionales de las Cámaras de Comercio.

Durante estas reuniones se programan temas de capacitación para difundir los servicios de atención al ciudadano de la SUNAFIL, la atención de Denuncias Virtuales, el sistema de consultas laborales SUNAFIL RESPONDE, la casilla electrónica y otras herramientas digitales que facilitan los trámites a los trabajadores y empleadores.

Es política de SUNAFIL mantener el diálogo constante con los diferentes actores de la inspección, para contribuir con el cumplimiento de la normativa sociolaboral y de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y fomentar una cultura de prevención.
